Most memorable experience behind the bar:

My first time behind one.  I was 7 and a bartender in Jamaica named Lenworth would let me grab the drinks he made and take them out to his customers.  Then on New Years in 1988 I had my first shot behind the bar.  Needless to say I was hooked (on bartending).

Favorite vacation spot?: Jamaica.  My family meets down there every year.  Its like Christmas, Thanksgiving and birthdays rolled into one...in paradise!

Signature Atlantico Cocktail: Hemingway's Nog (featured in Mr. Boston's 75th edition bartender's guide)

HEMINGWAY'S NOG

1.5 oz Atlantico (Reserva or Private Cask)
.75 oz vanilla liqueur

.25 oz simple syrup

1 oz creme fraische

3 dashes tiki bitters

 
* Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.  Shake  and serve in a chilled coupe glass.  Garnish with grated nutmeg.
