Most memorable experience behind the bar:
I started a tiki night at Peche, which is primarily a classic cocktail bar. I was already well on my way down the tiki rabbit hole, but wasn't sure if the people on the other side of the bar were willing to follow me. At about our 4th tiki night, we had more than a full bar and almost everyone had a garnished filled mug in front of them, the crushed ice was flying. I lost count of how many times we had to run more ice through the crusher. It was one of those great nights where the ship was close to sinking but everyone on both sides of the bar had a blast anyway.
